Ecom Addaa operates under Tashya Management Services, and we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

1. No Refund on Payments

All payments made—advance or full—are non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Project stage

  • Service utilization

  • Delays caused by client-side approvals

  • Change of mind or requirement changes

Once payment is completed, the client is considered to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project midway:

  • No refund is issued

  • All incomplete deliverables remain the property of Tashya Management Services

  • The client must clear any outstanding dues (if applicable)

3. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel a service if:

  • Payments are delayed

  • The client violates terms

  • Misuse or inappropriate behavior occurs

No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
