Service delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (IST).
Project timelines may vary depending on service type, complexity, required inputs, and client responsiveness.

5. Payment Terms

• All services require 70% advance payment before initiation of any work.

• Remaining 30% must be settled prior to project completion, final delivery, or handover.

• Payments must be made only through approved payment gateways or bank transfers as communicated by the Company.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Tashya Management Services are non-refundable, irrespective of project progress, delivery stage, or service utilization.
Once a payment is processed, the client is deemed to have accepted the service terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.

• Ensure timely approvals, feedback, and materials to avoid delays.

• Not misuse, copy, resell, or redistribute any content, materials, or assets without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, creatives, documents, and materials produced by Ecom Addaa remain the intellectual property of Tashya Management Services unless explicitly transferred in writing after full payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from delays caused by third parties, client delays, technical issues, or external factors.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Business losses, revenue drops, or performance issues outside the scope of our services.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms, tools, software, or integrations. The Company is not responsible for:

• Third-party downtime or errors

• Policy changes

• Charges or fees enforced by third-party providers

11. Termination of Services

  No refund will be issued upon termination.
